When it comes to technology, there are no dumb questions… but there are dumb answers. Not here though.

How much do you charge?
We provide ‘solution-based’ pricing for our clients. We do not have an hourly rate. We charge for the solution and not the time it takes to deliver it. Before we get to work we will provide a list of possible solutions and a range of pricing. You’ll never have to worry about how long something 'should' take… or the fact that that a struggling computer technician could end up billing you more when on the clock.

Can I have more than one Nerd?
While every client has a single ‘Primary Nerd’ that they can build a relationship with, that nerd has the ability to bring in any number of other nerds to help deliver solutions! So while you have the personal attention of your ‘go-to’ nerd, you have the talents of the entire team at your disposal!

What if my Nerd is not available when I need him/her?
Every client has a single ‘Primary Nerd’ as well as any number of ‘Backup Nerds’. These are nerds that are familiar with your company’s setup and they can fill in for the Primary Nerd as needed – whether your Primary Nerd has the flu or is away at a Star Trek convention, we have you covered!

Can Nerds On Site handle my website as well as IT support?
Sure can! Nerds On Site is the TOTAL solution – we can host websites and email, create websites, develop custom programs, AND support your network! Truly a one-stop IT solution!

Do I get any sort of guarantee?
Absolutely. All of our work is guaranteed. We follow up every single servicing with a survey in order to ensure that the work is completed to your satisfaction!

Why would I want to contract your services if I can hire a full-time IT person and they are here all the time?
Why hire a single technician armed with the knowledge and experience of one, when you could have hundreds of nerds and our pool of experience and expertise at your disposal? Desktop support, networking, websites, hosting, programming, VoIP – with hundreds of nerds we do it all.

We provide reactive service, WHEN you need it – as soon as you need it. Better than that we are able to provide the PROACTIVE solutions you need to keep things humming. Not just break-fix nerds – we bring the experience and talent of the entire team of nerds to bear on your situation.
